Frequently asked questions
No. Photos taken in MedPix never go through the camera roll: they go into the patient's record, hosted in Europe on HDS certified infrastructure.
When you take the photo, show the previous one as a transparent overlay and line the area up with it. There are also framing guides for the face and several body areas.
On Mac, with the Pro plan: the MedPix app watches the folder where your dermatoscope or your software saves its images, and imports them.
The Discovery plan includes taking photos, filing them by patient, comparison and annotations. Label reading, dermatoscope import, the patient portal and the Doctolib extension require a paid plan.
